The Versant New Grad Nursing Program is a comprehensive education and training system designed specifically to transform newly graduated registered nurses from students to safe, competent professional practitioners. New graduate nurses are considered to be those who have less than six months of nursing experience.
Versant provides a highly integrated and systematic approach to transitioning new graduate nurses by:
- Defining a comprehensive baseline set of measurements and outcomes, evidence-based structure, processes, and content.
- Integrating, teaching, monitoring, and managing adherence to those standards.
Applicants are encouraged to apply before attending the informational session to facilitate scheduling of early interviews.
