Visitation is allowed daily from 9am-8:30pm. Please call your specific department for visiting hours as many units have special visiting hours. In general, the hospital discourages having children visit to minimize disturbances for patients.
The surgery waiting room is located in the hospital lobby. The operating rooms are located on the 1st Floor. The surgery information desk is open weekdays and is located across from the 1st Floor visitor elevators. Auxiliary members staff the Surgery Information desk to keep family members up to date on the status of the patient.
In addition to parking in the front parking lot, parking is available to visitors in the lot west of the hospital; 530 West Acacia Street lot (directly across the street); and the Annex @ 425 West Acacia Street.
Pre-op patients may park in the underground parking lot at 420 West Acacia. Look for the signs to locate reserved parking slots for pre-op patients.
Food is available from 6am-3am each day. Coffee is provided 24 hours. Food must be eaten in the cafeteria.
Pay phones are located throughout the hospital. Cell phones are permitted in areas that do no interfere with medical equipment.
The gift shop is located in the hospital lobby - hours vary.
