The following is a listing of current volunteer opportunities at Dameron Hospital:

Information Desk

Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 4:30pm

Coordinator Greet visitors and patients upon entering the hospital.  Supervise information desk, check in patients and provide information to patients and visitors.

Escort | Monday - Friday from 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm
Escort patients and family members to the proper place in the hospital. Deliver flowers, mail and admitting paperwork.

Surgery Information | Monday-Friday, 8:45am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Volunteers serve as liaisons between hospital staff and families, providing information between the waiting rooms and surgery rooms.

Gift Shop | Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm/1pm - 5 pm/5pm - 8pm or Saturday - Sunday, 12pm - 4pm
Support our Gift Shop operations.

Hospitality Services | Monday - Friday (4 hour shifts, flexible hours)
Volunteer patient representatives visit patients to assess satisfaction with services and care provided by the hospital.

Coffee Cart | Daily from 9am - 12pm
Bring coffee to the patients. This service provides the opportunity to have patient contact.

Boutique | Tuesdays from 10am - 2pm
Make handmade items for the annual boutique sale. The proceeds are donated to the hospital.

Puppets | 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, 9:30am - 1:30pm
This group sews puppets together and gives them to children admitted to the hospital.

Flowers | Mondays and Thursdays (2 hour shifts, flexible hours)
Arrange flowers for display throughout the hospital.
