Parking

Free parking is available at several parking lots adjacent to the hospital as shown on the campus parking map.


Pre-op patients may park in the underground parking lot at 420 W. Acacia. Look for the signs to locate reserved parking slots for pre-op patients.


Free Valet Parking

Free valet parking service is available to all patients and guests of Dameron Hospital.


To access the free valet service, follow the signs as you enter the hospital's main driveway entrance off of North Lincoln Street. Valet parking signs will indicate where you may drop off your vehicle. The valet staff, easily identifiable by their white shirts and dark gray slacks, will give you a claim check, then park and lock the vehicle in a secure parking area nearby.


Hours of operation

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After hours
If you are picking your car up after 4:30 p.m., please inquire at the Information Desk at the main entrance and present your claim check and personal identification.


They will return your keys to you and your vehicle will be parked near the front entrance. Gratuities are not necessary.


Cafeteria

Café 525 is a full-service cafeteria open to the public. It features a grill, deli, hot entrees, soup, salad bar and snacks. Cuisine Express take-out food items are available during cafeteria business hours. Cafeteria hours are from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. Vending machines are available 24 hours daily with a variety of food, snack and drink items.


Personal Calls

Pay phones are located outside of the Emergency Department near the ambulance bay. Cell phones are permitted in areas where they do not interfere with medical equipment.


Gift Shop

The gift shop is located in the hospital ground level and is operated by the volunteer staff. Profits are given to the hospital for important projects that benefit our patients. Hours on weekdays are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekend hours vary.


Spiritual Services

We honor and support the spiritual beliefs of all of our patients. You may request to be visited by a member of the clergy. Please provide the name and we will gladly make the arrangements for the visit.


Interpreters

If you need such assistance, please notify the receptionist at the Information Desk as you enter the hospital. You should also notify your nurse if you have an interpreter need, and the nurse will access the use of interpreters.
